We are looking for an experienced Sales Closer who can confidently convert qualified leads into paying clients. This is not a presentation-only role. We need someone who know how to close the sales, can build trust quickly, identify client pain points, and be a quick learner.
The ideal candidate is polished, persuasive, ethical, and familiar with the accounting and tax advisory industry. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for potentially finding qualified leads and converting them into loyal clients by leveraging your exceptional negotiation skills and deep understanding of business-to-business (B2B) sales. Your ability to build rapport through outbound calling and warm calling techniques, will drive our growth and client success.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for potentially finding and speaking with qualified prospects, leading sales conversations, following up strategically, and closing new clients for Noura’s Books. You should be able to guide prospects from interest to signed engagement without sounding pushy, scripted, or overly sales-driven.
This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential tied directly to closed sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Quickly learn and understand Noura’s Books’ business model, service offerings, pricing structure, client profile, and sales process in order to confidently position the firm’s services during sales conversations.
- Conduct sales calls with qualified prospects interested in tax advisory, bookkeeping, and related services.
- Understand the prospect’s tax, financial, and business concerns and position the appropriate service solution.
- Confidently explain the value of proactive tax advisory and year-round financial support.
- Handle objections related to price, timing, urgency, trust, and decision-making.
- Follow up with prospects promptly to nurture relationships, answer questions, and facilitate smooth onboarding processes
- Close new client engagements and coordinate next steps with the internal team.
- Maintain accurate notes, call outcomes, and follow-up activity in the CRM.
- Work closely with leadership to improve scripts, offers, sales process, and conversion rates.
- Represent the firm professionally and ethically in every client interaction.
- Attend pre-sales meetings, complete a structured training process and participate in coaching sessions with the CEO to fully understand the firm’s business model, tax advisory services, ideal client profile, pricing, and sales approach.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong ability to close, not just present information. In other words, proven experience with Closings and Deal Closure, with the ability to negotiate, overcome objections, and finalize agreements.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, build trust, and address client needs clearly and professionally.
- Background in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within tax advisory, financial services, or professional services.
- Confident phone and Zoom presence.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, email, and office productivity software to track leads and maintain accurate sales records.
- Ability to build trust quickly with business owners and professionals.
- Comfortable discussing service fees and helping prospects make a buying decision.
- Strong follow-up discipline and CRM habits.
- Professional, polished, and consultative communication style.
- Ability to sell without sounding aggressive, scripted, or overly “salesy.”
- Understanding of tax advisory, bookkeeping, or financial services is a strong plus.
- Experience selling to small business owners is preferred.
- Maintain a high level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to client confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

You are someone who knows how to lead a sales conversation. You can listen carefully, identify what the client actually needs, connect that need to the right service, and confidently ask for the close.
You are not dependent on long presentations to make a sale. You know how to create urgency, communicate value, and help prospects take action in a way that feels natural and professional.
Maintain availability during US Central Time business hours to support prospect calls, follow-ups, internal meetings, and sales-related activities.
Compensation
This is a performance-based sales role with commission tied to closed revenue. The listed $5K range is a placeholder for posting purposes. Location
This is a remote position. Candidates who have strong experience selling professional services in the U.S. market will be considered for this role.
