Full Job Description

I've helped nearly 100 businesses in Kentucky with marketing support already. Now I'm looking for a friendly, reliable phone communicator to open conversations with the small businesses that haven't been reached yet.

What Kwibly does: I help small businesses across Kentucky get found online and bring in more customers, think website builds and updates, social media management, and getting more Google reviews. You won't be selling any of this on your calls, you're just having a quick, friendly conversation to see if a business could use the help.

This is NOT high-pressure sales. No selling, no closing, no pressure.

I'll give you a simple script, so you always know what to say. No tech setup required.

What you'll do:

Call small businesses in Kentucky from a list I provide
Have a short, easy conversation, ask a few questions, see if they're interested
If they are, jot it down, I take it from there

What this is:

Flexible, part-time, a few hours a week, whenever works for you
Not meant to compete with a job or family life, something to pick up around both
Fully remote

Pay:

$26 for every appointment booked
$9 more once that business shows up to the follow-up call
$35 total per completed booking
For reference: a typical early target is 2 to 4 qualified appointments a week for a few hours of calling, with pay scaling up as you get faster and better at it. Real results vary by pace and list.
Paid out weekly, easy to track, no confusing formulas
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Pay is fully performance-based with no guaranteed hourly wage.

What you'll get from me:

A ready-made list of businesses to call
A script so you always know what to say
Answers to the questions people usually ask
A simple sheet to log calls
A quick rundown on each business so you're not going in blind

What I'm looking for:

Comfortable on the phone, doesn't need convincing to have an easy conversation
Clear communicator in English
Reliable enough to log calls consistently
No sales experience needed, this isn't a sales job
Must be based in the United States, this role isn't able to consider candidates located outside the U.S.
