Duties

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to introduce our products and services

Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to log interactions, track leads, and manage customer information efficiently
Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel toward deal closing
Leverage sales automation technologies to streamline outreach efforts and maximize productivity
Maintain excellent communication skills to handle client inquiries professionally and provide outstanding customer service
Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to identify new opportunities and refine outreach strategies

Qualifications

Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or outbound calling with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers effectively
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce Cloud or other CRM software for managing client data and sales activities
Technical sales experience or knowledge of sales technology adoption is highly desirable
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and confidently
Experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales environments, especially within technology or related sectors
Demonstrated ability in consultative selling, customer service, and business development strategies
