Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients through outbound calls, promoting our innovative products and services, and building strong relationships that lead to successful business development. Your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and ability to navigate sales technology will be key to driving growth and achieving targets. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise within a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities
Engage customers with compelling product pitches, emphasizing the value and benefits of our offerings
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines effectively
Apply consultative selling strategies to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions
Leverage sales automation technologies and telemarketing tools to optimize outreach efforts and increase efficiency
Follow up with leads promptly, nurturing relationships to move prospects through the sales funnel toward deal closing
Maintain detailed records of call activities, customer interactions, and sales progress in CRM systems

Requirements

Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales roles with a focus on outbound calling and client communication
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and professionally
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer data and sales workflows
Technical sales experience or knowledge of sales technology adoption is highly desirable
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
Experience with call center operations or telemarketing environments is preferred
Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet targets, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting
