Full Job Description

Silberman Law Firm, PLLC is an established real estate firm and fee attorney with offices across Texas looking for an experienced Texas escrow officer to manage and close its transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a relatively small number of real estate closings from start to finish each month as well as performing basic law firm administrative tasks. The job may be performed remotely.

Job Duties:

Prepare title company closing documents.
Respond to inquires from borrowers, lenders and attorneys to remedy issues.
Develop good relationships with lenders, real estate agents, and lawyers..
Send certified mailings and record real property records.
Basic law firm administrative tasks.

Knowledge Required:

Competency in escrow standards and understanding of title concepts.
Understanding of real property regulations and RESPA requirements.
Mastery of pay off amounts, tax prorations, and other related items.
Competency with loan docs and real estate recording processes.
Good communication skills and professionalism.
SoftPro experience strongly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
