We're looking for a creative, motivated social media professional who is excited about growing engaged communities and helping our brands reach new audiences through thoughtful, authentic content.

About the Role

This position is ideal for someone who understands that successful social media is about more than simply posting content. We're seeking someone who can help grow our organic reach, strengthen audience engagement, identify new opportunities, and contribute ideas that support the long-term growth of our brands.

Whether your title is Coordinator, Specialist, or Manager will depend on your experience level, but we're ultimately looking for someone who is eager to learn, willing to experiment, and capable of delivering results.

Responsibilities

Write and edit compelling social media copy that aligns with each brand's unique voice and audience
Create, schedule, and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms as appropriate
Develop and execute organic social media strategies designed to increase reach, engagement, and audience growth
Monitor emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices, recommending new opportunities and strategies
Coordinate social media promotions and campaigns that support product launches, subscriptions, special offers, and user-generated content
Manage content updates and promotions for company blogs
Collaborate with internal teams to develop content calendars and promotional plans
Track key performance metrics and regularly report on results, including, but not limited to follower growth, engagement growth, traffic generation, and referral sales
Analyze campaign performance and audience behavior to identify areas for improvement
Research, recommend, and implement new ideas to increase engagement, traffic, and brand awareness
Study, test, and utilize emerging content creation tools, including AI-powered and video-editing platforms, to efficiently produce engaging reels, short-form videos, and visual content that resonates with our audiences.

Qualifications

Experience managing social media accounts for a brand, business, publication, or creator
Demonstrated ability to achieve measurable results through organic social media efforts
Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills
Ability to adapt messaging and tone across multiple brands and audiences
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action
Self-starter who enjoys testing new ideas, continuously improving results
Experience with Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube preferred
Ability to create compelling short-form video content using modern content creation tools, with a willingness to continuously explore new technologies, platforms, and AI solutions that improve efficiency and results.

What matters most is your ability to create engaging content, think strategically, and take ownership of growing our social presence.

Schedule & Flexibility

This role is expected to average approximately 20 - 25 hours per week, though we're open to discussing flexible arrangements based on experience and results. We value outcomes over hours and are willing to work with the right candidate to create a schedule that makes sense for both parties.
