Magna Legion LLC is hiring remote language instructors and language professionals to join our instructor network.
We are looking for passionate, reliable, and qualified instructors who can deliver engaging online language training to adult learners. This is a flexible remote opportunity for language professionals who enjoy teaching, coaching, cultural exchange, and helping learners build real communication skills.
We strongly encourage native speakers, heritage speakers, experienced tutors, teachers, professors, interpreters, translators, and language professionals to apply.
We are especially interested in the following languages:
Russian, Arabic, Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Persian/Farsi, Korean, Japanese, German, Italian, Ukrainian, Polish, Turkish, Hindi, Urdu, Hebrew, Vietnamese, Pashto, Dari, Swahili, Haitian Creole, and other high-demand languages.

Responsibilities
- Deliver live online language instruction to adult learners.
- Teach speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and cultural awareness.
- Adapt lessons to different proficiency levels and learning goals.
- Create, adapt, or support instructional materials as needed.
- Use online teaching tools such as video conferencing platforms, shared documents, digital whiteboards, and learning platforms.
- Provide constructive feedback to learners.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and reliable communication.
- Support a positive and culturally respectful learning environment.
Requirements
- Native or near-native proficiency in the target language.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Experience in at least one of the following: teaching, tutoring, language coaching, curriculum development, assessment, translation, interpretation, higher education, military language training, or professional language services.
- Ability to teach remotely using online platforms.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional online teaching environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience teaching adults or professional learners.
- Experience teaching online.
- Familiarity with proficiency-based instruction, ILR, ACTFL, CEFR, or similar language proficiency frameworks.
- Background in government, military, academic, or professional language training.
- Degree, certification, or formal training in language teaching, linguistics, education, translation, interpretation, or a related field.
