Join Our Team as a Health Coach at USPM!
Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time

Are you passionate about helping others achieve their health and wellness goals?

At U.S. Preventive Medicine (USPM), our mission is to empower individuals to lead healthier lives by addressing gaps in care and supporting long-term wellness. As a Health Coach on our Health Solutions Care Team, you'll play a vital role in transforming lives through personalized guidance, expert advice, and compassionate support.

What You’ll Do:

Work remotely to provide coaching and support to USPM members using telephone, email, chat, and video calls.
Guide members in adopting healthy habits, improving lifestyle choices, and managing chronic conditions through evidence-based practices.
Collaborate with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our members.
Teach one-on-one or in group settings as needed, sharing your expertise to inspire and motivate members.
Help drive program goals and continuous improvement while adhering to HIPAA standards.

What We’re Looking For:

A Bachelor’s degree in health education, nutrition, exercise science, or a related field.
A Health Coach certification or specialty from an approved accrediting organization (e.g., CDC’s Diabetes Prevention Lifestyle Coach, CHES, ACSM, or ACE).
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate individuals.
A minimum of 1 year of experience (preferred) in wellness, preventive healthcare, or coaching.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

A passion for helping others and a deep understanding of health and wellness principles.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to connect with members and guide them toward success.
The ability to adapt to different communication methods and tailor your coaching style to meet each member’s unique needs.
