Job Summary:
The UX/UI Designer will support the design of mobile and web experiences for healthcare products, helping transform complex clinical workflows into clear, intuitive, and human-centered digital interfaces. This role will partner closely with product, marketing, engineering, and design stakeholders to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of UX/UI design experience, strong Figma prototyping skills, experience building and maintaining scalable design systems, and a background working in established enterprise environments. This role is best suited for someone curious, collaborative, eager to learn, and interested in expanding their design capabilities within healthcare technology.
Project Details:
This role supports new and expanding healthcare product initiatives, with a focus on designing mobile and web experiences that simplify clinical workflows and improve usability across digital platforms. The designer will help build and maintain a consistent visual design language and scalable design system across the product ecosystem.
The team is looking to backfill and expand current consultant workload due to increased project volume. The selected designer will work on wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, interactive Figma prototypes, design system components, and user-centered design solutions that support product delivery.
This is a collaborative environment where the designer will work closely with product, marketing, engineering, and principal design leaders.
Must Haves
- 3 to 5 years of UX/UI design experience
- Experience building and maintaining design systems
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design practices, design tools, and core design principles
- Hands-on Figma experience, including interactive prototyping
- Experience creating wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and design concepts
- Knowledge of design and concept generation
- Understanding of the software development process and related tools
- Ability to partner with product, marketing, and engineering teams
- Strong visual design skills and ability to maintain a consistent design language
- Enterprise background strongly preferred
- Experience working in an established enterprise environment, not exclusively startup experience
- Strong curiosity, growth mindset, and eagerness to learn

- Medical or healthcare industry experience
- Experience designing for clinical workflows, healthcare platforms, or healthcare product environments
- Understanding of design thinking frameworks and methods
- Strong design research and user testing experience
- Strong oral, written, and visual communication skills

- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to product, engineering, and business stakeholders
- Experience balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
