Monday to Friday – 8:00 to 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:

Lead Cross-Functional Marketing Programs: Coordinate marketing initiatives that span web, CRM/email, paid media, analytics, and campaign teams, ensuring clear timelines, dependencies, and delivery.
Drive Web Marketing & Optimization Initiatives: Manage web-related marketing projects including landing pages, site updates, and experimentation initiatives in partnership with internal stakeholders, agency (design & development), analytics, and content teams.
Manage Paid Media Planning & Operations: Support and execute paid media planning and ensure campaigns are implemented and monitored effectively across platforms. Hands-on experience in Google and LinkedIn ads platforms required.
Oversee Marketing Operations Execution: Ensure campaigns and marketing initiatives are implemented effectively across HubSpot, web, and paid media systems while maintaining operational quality and consistency.
Manage Agency and Platform Execution Partners: Serve as the operational lead for external agencies and internal platform teams (e.g., Salesforce, engineering), ensuring marketing initiatives move forward and required deliverables are completed on time.
Maintain Operational Visibility: Track project progress, risks, and dependencies while providing structured updates and documentation for stakeholders and leadership.

Priority projects/experience:

Agency management
Digital marketing planning (B2B is ideal)
Web marketing
HubSpot experience ideal
Salesforce experience, a plus

Requirements:

6-8 years of experience (recently hands on keyboard)
Strong B2B digital marketing background
Hands-on experience with: Google Ads platform, LinkedIn ads platform, ASANA and HubSpot (Salesforce experience a plus)
Deep understanding of web marketing, testing, and optimization
Proven project manager with experience supporting teams and agencies
Comfortable operating in ambiguity with a bias toward action
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Able to quickly ramp into an existing strategy and tech stack
