Full Job Description

Job Purpose:

This is a part-time, non-benefits-eligible role with a flexible work schedule. Initial work arrangement will be for a 6 month term with the opportunity for ongoing extensions.

Under the direct supervision of the HIT Program Manager, provide support to Office of Technology's High Impact Technology (HIT) Fund Team. Act as a point of contact for HIT Program inquiries, and serve as a resource to staff and faculty for administrative matters that are HIT related.

Core Duties:

Schedule meetings for quarterly projects, advisors, 1:1s for interns, intern candidates, and any additional meetings as necessary.
Coordinate the room booking for events, as well as taking lead for the scheduling.
Prepare invites, flyers, and manage RSVPs for events.
Manage emails and prepare email distribution lists.
Gather content for website.
Prepare project Google Drive folders.
Oversee confidential disclosure agreement requests.

Education & Experience:Associate degree and two years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to learn and apply general human resources policies using problem solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and effectively handle highly sensitive and personal information with sound judgment, tact, and discretion.
Ability to consistently follow through with projects and assignments and meet deadlines.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong and effective interpersonal and customer service skills.
Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets), and Canva (or equivalent).
