About PepMed
PepMed is a modern telehealth wellness platform built around Access. Trust. Convenience.
We're building a better way for patients to access personalized, wellness-focused care — while creating a better way for providers to deliver it.
Our goal is to combine exceptional providers with thoughtfully designed technology that makes healthcare more personal, efficient, collaborative, and accessible.
We believe technology should give providers more time with patients, not more administrative work.
A Different Kind of Telehealth Platform
Much of healthcare technology has added complexity to the provider's day. PepMed is being designed to do the opposite.
We're building a technology-forward clinical experience that removes as much of the repetitive and administrative burden of telehealth as possible, allowing providers to spend more of their time doing what they trained to do: understanding their patients, making thoughtful clinical decisions, and improving lives.
The PepMed platform is being designed around capabilities including:
- AI-assisted clinical documentation and scribing to reduce time spent writing notes
- Automated clinical and operational workflows to reduce repetitive administrative tasks
- Wearable and connected health integrations to provide a richer, longitudinal picture of a patient's health
- Integrated laboratory and prescribing workflows designed to reduce unnecessary steps
- Streamlined patient follow-up and care workflows
- Modern telehealth and digital patient experiences
- Technology designed to make managing a growing patient panel simpler and more efficient
Our vision isn't to replace the provider with technology. It's to use technology to amplify what great providers can do.
By reducing the tedious parts of practicing telehealth, we want providers to have more time, better information, and better tools to build meaningful relationships with their patients and extend the positive impact they can have on their patients' lives.
A Provider Community, Not Just a Platform
We don't believe great healthcare should happen in isolation.
As PepMed grows, we want to build a collaborative community of healthcare professionals who can learn from one another, exchange perspectives, discuss emerging research, and collectively raise the standard of care we provide.
Our vision is to bring together providers with different backgrounds, specialties, experiences, and areas of interest — creating an environment where knowledge can be shared across the provider network.
We want PepMed providers to have opportunities to:
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Learn from providers with different clinical backgrounds and areas of expertise
- Discuss emerging research and developments within wellness medicine
- Share clinical insights, experiences, and best practices
- Contribute ideas that improve PepMed's clinical workflows and patient experience
- Help shape new areas of care as the platform develops
- Expand their own knowledge while helping other providers do the same
We want to create a culture where asking questions is encouraged, knowledge is shared, and continuous learning is part of being a PepMed provider.
Our goal is for joining PepMed to mean joining something larger than a telehealth platform — a community of healthcare professionals who are passionate about wellness, committed to responsible care, and motivated to learn from each other.
The Opportunity
PepMed is seeking certified Physician Assistants/Associates (PA-C) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to join our growing telehealth provider network.
This is a remote, 1099 independent contractor opportunity with flexible scheduling. Providers are compensated based on completed patient visits rather than fixed hourly schedules.
We're looking for more than clinicians who simply want to add telehealth hours to their schedule.
We want providers who are genuinely passionate about wellness, curious about where modern medicine is going, excited to continually expand their knowledge, and interested in contributing to a collaborative provider community.
The wellness space is constantly evolving. The providers who will thrive at PepMed are those who enjoy learning, stay engaged with emerging research, ask thoughtful questions, share what they know, and want to continue developing their expertise throughout their careers.
As PepMed expands, we're particularly interested in providers who are licensed in multiple states or interested in expanding their licensure alongside the platform.

Compensation & Schedule
- $60 per completed patient visit
- Standard appointments are generally scheduled in 30-minute blocks
- Potential visit-based compensation equivalent to approximately $60–$120 per scheduled clinical hour, depending on completed patient volume
- 1099 independent contractor
- Fully remote
- Flexible scheduling
- Ability to determine availability around your existing schedule
Compensation is based on completed patient visits rather than hours worked. Patient volume and weekly hours are not guaranteed and may vary based on patient demand, provider availability, state licensure, and PepMed's geographic expansion.
Future Performance Incentives
PepMed does not currently offer a formal performance-based incentive or bonus program. However, as the platform grows, we're working alongside our providers to develop a fair, transparent incentive structure that recognizes exceptional patient care.
Our goal is to use objective, trackable metrics to recognize and reward providers who consistently deliver a high-quality patient experience. Potential measures may include areas such as patient continuity and retention, responsiveness, follow-up consistency, patient experience, documentation quality, and adherence to appropriate clinical workflows.
Any future incentive program will be designed to support quality of care — not prescribing volume, treatment selection, or unnecessary utilization.
We believe providers who build strong patient relationships, communicate effectively, remain engaged in their patients' progress, and consistently deliver excellent care should have the opportunity to share in the value they help create.
Because we're still developing this program, no specific bonus or additional compensation is currently guaranteed. One advantage of joining PepMed early, however, is the opportunity to provide feedback and help shape how provider performance and exceptional patient care are recognized as the platform grows.
Why Join PepMed?
We don't want great providers spending their days buried in documentation, navigating disconnected systems, or repeating administrative tasks that technology can handle.
We want providers focused on patients.
PepMed is building the infrastructure around the provider — from automation and AI-assisted documentation to connected health data and streamlined clinical workflows — so that technology works quietly in the background while the provider remains at the center of care.
That means more time to listen.
More time to educate.
More time to think clinically.
More time to build relationships.
And more opportunities to learn from other healthcare professionals who share your passion for helping people live healthier lives.
Ultimately, we want to give great providers the tools, technology, community, and freedom to make a meaningful difference in the lives of more patients.
Joining PepMed early also means helping shape a growing platform and provider community. As we expand into additional states, introduce new technology, and broaden our areas of wellness care, we want our providers to help shape what PepMed becomes.
