Full Job Description

SureCall is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our presence throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. This role will focus on developing new business, growing existing channel relationships, and creating demand for SureCall’s cellular signal enhancement, DAS, 5G, and in-building connectivity solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the cellular DAS, wireless, low-voltage, electrical, or telecommunications industry and be comfortable working directly with distributors, integrators, contractors, enterprise customers, and end users.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a territory sales strategy for Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana to meet or exceed revenue goals.
Identify, recruit, and develop new dealers, integrators, contractors, and channel partners throughout the territory.
Grow relationships with existing SureCall distribution partners and support their outside sales teams in developing new opportunities.
Generate new enterprise opportunities through direct prospecting, customer visits, referrals, industry events, and channel relationships.
Conduct in-person and virtual product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for partners and customers.
Develop opportunities within key vertical markets, including commercial real estate, healthcare, education, government, industrial, hospitality, energy, and public sector accounts.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts, project updates, and opportunity reporting through SureCall’s CRM.
Collaborate with SureCall’s engineering, marketing, technical support, customer service, and leadership teams to ensure a strong customer experience.
Travel regularly throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana to maintain a strong field presence and develop the market.

Qualifications

Proven outside sales experience within cellular DAS, wireless infrastructure, telecommunications, low-voltage, electrical, or a related technical industry.
Experience selling through distributors, integrators, contractors, and other channel partners.
Strong prospecting and business-development skills with the ability to build a territory.
Strong presentation, negotiation, relationship-management, and closing skills.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and opportunities at different stages of the sales cycle.
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales forecasting.
Ability to work independently in a field-based environment while collaborating closely with the broader SureCall team.

Primary Objective

Build a strong SureCall presence throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana by expanding the channel, developing new enterprise opportunities, increasing specification and adoption of SureCall solutions, and ultimately delivering consistent year-over-year revenue growth.
