Full Job Description

We are looking for a fully remote experienced FL probate and civil litigation paralegal with strong writing and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail is a must. Ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of recent FL experience handling litigation, probate and/or guardianship matters from start to finish including but not limited to drafting/propounding discovery, drafting and responding to motions and other pleadings, research, document reviews, etc. We are looking for someone 15-30 hours per week to start, with hopes of increasing to full-time quickly.

We are looking for candidates who are tech savvy and able to pick up new software quickly.

Experience in multiple states/jurisdictions and practice areas is also huge plus.
Must be dependable, a self-starter, organized, and able to jump in right away to work on projects.
We also need paralegals who know how to handle multiple projects and personalities at once.
While we can train on systems and software, we do not have time to train on litigation basics

Great opportunity to work with interesting clients and a strong, close-knit paralegal team. Resume and references are required.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
