Position Summary:

We are looking for a smart, motivated Senior HR professional (SHRM-SCP certified) to create exceptional test prep content that will help test-takers succeed on the SHRM’s Senior Certified Professional Exam.

Role Qualifications:

A SHRM-SCP credential

Strong working knowledge of the following topics:
People (HR Strategy, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement & Retention, Learning & Development, Total Rewards)
Organization (Structure of the HR Function, Organizational Effectiveness & Development, Workforce Management, Employee & Labor Relations, Technology Management)
Workplace (Managing a Global Workforce, Risk Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, U.S. Employment Law & Regulations)
Behavioral Competencies (Leadership, Interpersonal, Business)

Details of Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research to deepen understanding of the subject matter, ensuring content is communicated effectively and comprehensively.
Craft high-quality, original practice questions and detailed answer explanations to enhance our service offering to customers.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure that all contributions align with specified requirements.
Embrace and act on constructive feedback promptly, applying necessary revisions to work as needed.
Submit weekly updates to track and report on progress consistently.

Our materials are available on every major digital platform and are distributed worldwide. Every year, millions of test-takers utilize Mometrix materials, including free online resources, study guides, flashcards, digital content, and apps for the web and smartphone.

We also have the largest catalog of any test preparation publisher, now offering over 3,500 products covering more than 1,500 different standardized exams. Keeping up with the constant changes in the many different exam markets we cover, our product development team averages more than 100 product updates each week. Mometrix study materials comprise a collection of over 174 million words, larger than the entire print history of TIME Magazine.
