Full Job Description

LeadVenture is hiring a Territory Manager to drive new business and build strong client relationships within the automotive dealership and service space. In this hunter role, you’ll identify and engage prospective clients, understand their business goals, and position digital marketing solutions—from websites to lead generation tools—that help them grow and compete in an increasingly digital market. This will be supporting our Net Driven brand.

This is a fully inside sales opportunity where you’ll connect with customers both over the phone and virtually—no day-to-day field travel required. It’s a great role for someone who thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships, uncovering needs, and closing business remotely.

Location requirement: Candidates must be located within EST or CST/CDT time zones. Preference will be given to candidates located in or near Scranton, PA. The role may require one week onsite for onboarding, along with occasional travel (1–2 trade shows per year). Outside of these requirements, the position is fully remote.

What You’ll Do:

Prospect for new business through cold calls, email outreach, and online research
Build client relationships by understanding needs and recommending digital marketing solutions
Lead virtual consultations and demos to show how our tools drive results
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Monitor campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements
Consistently meet sales goals through strategic outreach

What You Bring:

2+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record
Comfort with cold outreach and developing new business
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to stay organized and manage a pipeline
Familiarity with CRM tools
Driven, curious, and goal-oriented
