Full Job Description

HR PAYROLL & BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR

InReach Health is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable HR Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our team in a fully remote role. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, effective employee benefits administration, and overall support of daily HR operations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in payroll and benefits administration, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

While this is a remote position, we strongly prefer candidates located in Colorado, Nebraska, Kansas, or Iowa.

Experience with ADP is strongly preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities

Process semi-monthly payroll accurately and on schedule
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Review timekeeping records and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner
Prepare payroll-related reports, audits, and supporting documentation
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee payroll information

Benefits Administration

Administer employee benefit and leave programs
Assist employees with benefit enrollments, changes, and questions
Maintain accurate benefits records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
Coordinate with benefit providers and support annual open enrollment processes
Assist with employee leave tracking and related documentation

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of experience in payroll and benefits administration
Experience with ADP strongly preferred
Knowledge of payroll laws, HR practices, and benefits administration
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a remote setting
HR certification or related education is a plus
Familiarity with multi-state payroll processing is beneficial
