Account Executive

GoDocs is looking for an Account Executive to drive business growth by identifying, prospecting, and securing new client opportunities while building and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role serves as a trusted advisor to prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that create value. The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to meet or exceed revenue goals in a fast-paced environment.

To be a successful Account Executive, you will need:

Bachelor’s degree required, with a minimum of 5 years of proven success in a sales or business development role; FinTech industry experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, cold outreach, lead nurturing, discovery, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing new business.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and cross-functional teams.
Results-driven and self-motivated, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals while working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing sales activities and pipeline performance.

Your responsibilities as the Account Executive will include:

Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, inbound leads, and other strategic sales activities to drive revenue growth.
Conduct consultative sales presentations, product demonstrations, and discovery conversations to understand client needs, address objections, and position solutions effectively.
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and agreements while managing the sales process from initial contact through successful deal closure.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, support retention efforts, and identify opportunities for account growth and repeat business.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets while maintaining accurate CRM records, collaborating with internal teams, and staying informed on industry trends and competitive market activity.
