Full Job Description

Martial Media is a digital marketing and AI automation agency serving local service businesses across the United States. We build websites, run Meta and Google ads, and set up AI automation that keeps small businesses from leaking income. Our setters book the meetings. We are hiring 2 closers to run them.

The honest part first

You are paid when a deal closes and the client's money lands in our account, so you win when we win. No base, no hourly, no retainer, and nothing is paid for a meeting that gets held.

We pay for every tool the job needs and the meetings come to you. You will never be asked to pay us for anything, buy a list, buy software, or pay for training.

The harsh reality: this sales team has not closed a deal yet, because the team is you. You will get told no far more often than yes. If you need a proven pipeline with a known conversion rate, this is not the role.

What you get paid

You earn 7% of everything your client pays us across their 12 month contract.

Our reference deal is a $2,000 sign-on plus $1,500 a month on a 12 month contract, which is $20,000 across the client's contract. That is the shape of a real current client, not an average across a big book.

When the deal closes and the first $3,500 lands: $245

Every month after, across the twelve payments: $105

Total on that one client: $1,400

Bigger deals pay more. The percentage sits on whatever the client actually pays us, so nothing needs renegotiating when a retainer is larger.

The trail, and the three things that stop it

Your monthly money does not reset. Every client you close keeps paying you monthly, so a month's work keeps earning while you work the next month.

It stops if the client cancels, it stops if you leave, and it stops once twelve payments from that client have been paid out to you. There is no trail that keeps paying you once you are gone.

The deals stack. A closer holding six live clients from earlier months collects around $630 a month before closing anything new. Twelve live clients is around $1,260 a month. That is twelve clients each making a $1,500 monthly payment, at $105 to you.

Those stacked figures are modelled, not results. They assume six or twelve clients closed and all of them still paying. The rate and the payment schedule are exact and you can check the arithmetic yourself.

Deals closed that month: 2, Paid now: $490, Added to your monthly trail: $210

Deals closed that month: 4, Paid now: $980, Added to your monthly trail: $420

The role

You take the meetings the setters booked. You run discovery, you present the offer, you close, and you hand the signed client to the owner for delivery. You do not source anything and you do not manage the account afterwards. You close and you move to the next one.

Hours: 15 to 30 a week. This is a more serious commitment than the setter role. Meetings land on a calendar during US business hours in the region your setters are calling, and you need to be reliably available for them. A meeting you miss is a setter's work thrown away, which is the fastest way out of this team.

Who we are looking for

Someone driven, with a closing track record we can actually check. Tell us numbers, deal sizes, and cycle lengths, not adjectives. We are looking for people who have carried a quota without being managed hour to hour.

What we give you

* Meetings booked onto your calendar by our setters. You do not prospect.

* A GoHighLevel CRM seat and a phone number, paid for by us.

* A booking calendar that writes straight onto the lead record, paid for by us.

* An ICP sheet and an offer sheet: who we call, what we sell, and what you are allowed to promise. You get both on day one. Both are live documents and will keep tightening as the team runs.

* A sales manager who has worked inside the setter to closer structure.

* A team Discord, which opens as the team's home once the first offers are accepted.

You bring a computer, a quiet place to work, and a stable connection.

Payment

Paid bi-weekly. A commission goes out once the client's money has actually landed in the account, not when the deal is signed.

How you move up

Standard terms are the same for everyone on day one. Closers who consistently produce move into an inner circle where payment terms, trail length, and what happens to your trail if you leave are negotiated individually and are better than standard. Those terms are set individually rather than published. The first people in set the bar.

How to apply
