Title: Regional Account Sales Manager

Salary: base 120K ～ 150k+ Incentive +Bonus

Benefit: Competitive Benefit's Package

Hour: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Location: Remote in CT, MA area

We are seeking a results-driven Regional Account Manager to grow our ultra-precision encoder and measurement solutions business across an assigned multi-state territory.

This is a customer-facing sales role responsible for developing new business, growing existing accounts, and managing both direct and distribution sales channels.

The ideal candidate has experience working with engineers, machine builders, OEMs, distributors, and advanced manufacturing customers and is comfortable identifying applications where precision measurement and positioning technologies can deliver value.

Experience in precision measurement, machine tools, motion control, positioning systems, metrology, semiconductor equipment, or industrial automation is highly desirable.

Responsibilities include up to and not limited to:

Own and grow sales within an assigned multi-state territory, meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop new customers and applications for ultra-precision encoder and measurement solutions.
Manage and expand relationships with existing OEMs, end users, distributors, and strategic accounts.
Identify new business opportunities and penetrate new markets using the company’s existing product portfolio.
Present and demonstrate products while clearly communicating technical features, benefits, and application value.
Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans, including account targeting, pipeline development, forecasting, and corrective actions.
Work closely with distribution partners to identify prospects, develop opportunities, support customer engagements, and provide product and sales training.
Prepare quotations and communicate pricing, credit terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.
Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, activity, and sales information in CRM and other company reporting systems.
Travel throughout the assigned territory to visit existing and prospective customers and develop new business opportunities.
Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, customer events, and other promotional activities.
Gather competitive and market intelligence and communicate relevant trends, opportunities, and customer feedback to management.
Maintain a high level of professional communication with customers, distributors, end users, and internal teams.
Ensure sales and operational activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
Preferred previous experience in ultra-precision machining tool, optical critical dimension metrology or film metrology machine, motion control and positioning systems (Heidenhain, Renishaw, Mitutoyo, MicroE Systems, Fagor, Solartron Metrology, Aerotech, Schneeberger)
Over 5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical products knowledge or customer call representative is preferred.
Average to expert use on Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and Outlook)
Ability to work independently as well as on a team
Advanced interpersonal skills
Ability work in a fast-paced environment
