AI Analyst

Location: Remote-LOCAL TO NY NJ

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Analyst to design, develop, and implement enterprise AI solutions that solve complex business challenges and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience delivering AI initiatives from concept through production, including solution design, model selection, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous optimization.

This role requires a strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, prompt engineering, machine learning, enterprise AI platforms, and cloud-based AI services. Candidates should be comfortable integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications while ensuring security, governance, and Responsible AI best practices.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Gemini Enterprise, or similar enterprise AI platforms
Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
AI Agents and agent orchestration frameworks
Prompt engineering
Python and AI/ML libraries
SQL and data analysis
Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications
Cloud-based AI services
Git, DevOps, CI/CD, and version control
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, model evaluation, model limitations, and Responsible AI practices

Responsibilities

Partner with business and technology teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
Design, prototype, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise AI applications.
Evaluate and select the most appropriate AI models, frameworks, and architectures for business needs.
Develop prompts, AI workflows, intelligent agents, and RAG pipelines to improve solution accuracy and performance.
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and business processes.
Monitor AI solution performance, reliability, adoption, and accuracy, recommending improvements as needed.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, privacy, and Responsible AI standards.
Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, testing results, and implementation guides.
Research emerging AI technologies and recommend new tools and best practices.
Deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines and budgets.
Collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
Design AI-driven monitoring solutions that analyze application, database, and server logs to predict system issues, automate root cause analysis (RCA), and recommend or automate incident resolution.

Experience building production AI solutions in enterprise environments
