Full Job Description

Senior Product Quality Analyst | Data Curator

Are you passionate about shaping the future of AI-driven recommendation systems and ensuring product excellence? Join our client' s innovative team as a Senior Product Quality Analyst | Data Curator, where you'll play a pivotal role in elevating the quality of millions of personalized experiences for our global listeners. This embedded role sits at the crossroads of product management, design, data science, and engineering—empowering you to influence product development from inception through execution, all while working remotely within the EST time zone.

Job Details:
6 months contract W2
$50 hourly
Remote EST

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in product quality evaluation, content quality, or data annotation programs
Strong analytical skills, capable of working with large datasets and identifying quality patterns
Solid understanding of evaluation methodologies and qualitative analysis techniques
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, including how models are trained, evaluated, and the importance of annotated datasets
Knowledge of human-in-the-loop evaluation and model assessment, without needing to develop models yourself
Excellent communication skills, adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing product decisions

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with structured evaluation frameworks and process improvement
Background in media, music streaming, or related content industries
Previous exposure to LLMs, AI evaluation frameworks, or human judgment-based quality assessments

Preferred Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Data Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline
Several years of experience in product quality, research operations, or AI evaluation within a technology or media environment

Estimated Min Rate: $35.00
Estimated Max Rate: $50.00
