Overview

RESTORE Hair is a nationally recognized leader in hair restoration, helping thousands of clients regain their confidence through advanced surgical and non-surgical hair restoration solutions. With more than 20,000 procedures performed, a strong physician-led reputation, and a portfolio of celebrity and professional athlete clients, RESTORE has built one of the most respected brands in the industry.

We are looking for a builder. This role owns customer acquisition end to end and comes with unusual latitude to rebuild how it works: the channel mix, the measurement, the reporting, and the standards the whole function is held to. The mandate is to make the marketing operation as strong as the brand it serves.

This suits someone who would rather construct something than inherit it, and who wants their work visible in the numbers within the first year.

What You'll Do

Own and execute the digital marketing strategy across all customer acquisition channels
Lead and optimize large-scale Google Ads programs, including Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, remarketing, and local campaigns
Own conversion measurement end to end, including how offline outcomes are captured and fed back into the ad platforms
Own Google Business Profile and local search performance across our locations
Develop and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, Instagram, and TikTok, plus testing into platforms where our audience actually is
Drive organic social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
Oversee SEO strategy and agency/vendor relationships to improve rankings, traffic, and conversion performance
Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI and lower cost per acquired patient
Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend across channels based on performance
Partner with leadership, sales, and operations teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and customer acquisition efficiency
Develop testing strategies for landing pages, ad creative, messaging, and audience targeting
Build dashboards and reporting that provide clear visibility into marketing performance and business impact
Lead the internal marketing team and manage agency and vendor relationships
Own how RESTORE shows up in AI-driven search and answer engines, and build the approach for a channel that is still forming

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

7+ years of digital marketing experience, including leadership responsibility
Current, demonstrable expertise in Google Ads and paid search management at scale
Extensive experience managing paid social campaigns with measurable lead generation results
Strong understanding of organic social media strategy and content performance
Proven experience growing lead volume while maintaining or improving cost efficiency
Experience managing six-figure to multi-million-dollar marketing budgets
Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, tag management platforms, Looker Studio or equivalent reporting tools, and an understanding of how offline outcomes are fed back into the ad platforms
Experience leading agencies, vendors, freelancers, or internal marketing teams

Preferred Experience

Experience marketing a high-cost, long-consideration purchase where the sale closes offline. Elective medical, aesthetics, legal, home improvement, financial services, education, or similar
Local and multi-location marketing experience
CRM and marketing automation experience
Conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page testing expertise
