Set your own consultation schedule within our standard service hours, which include Monday to Friday and some Saturdays. What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive virtual consultations for patients in post-acute care facilities across Florida.
- Use your expertise in respiratory physiology, medical imaging interpretation, and pulmonary diagnostics to diagnose, treat, and manage a wide spectrum of pulmonary conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, interstitial lung disease, and sleep apnea.
- Develop and adjust evidence-based treatment plans, including prescribing medications, oxygen therapy, or other therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with on-site nurses, primary care teams, and other specialists via our integrated EHR system to ensure seamless, high-quality patient management.
- May be asked to provide education and guidance to patients and on-site staff regarding preventive care and treatment adherence.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Florida Medical License: Must hold a current, unrestricted MD or DO license in the State of Florida (a dealbreaker!).
- Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with a completed pulmonary fellowship.
- Experience: Experienced in managing complex cases involving critical care, ventilator management, or neurocritical care. Prior telehealth or post-acute care experience.
- Proof of Liability Insurance: Must provide a current Certificate of Insurance (COI) as evidence of active professional liability (malpractice) coverage upon contract signing.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable and proficient using telehealth platforms, secure communication tools, and various EMR systems.
- Communication: Excellent "webside" manner, strong communication skills, and the ability to build rapport virtually.
