Position Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Licensed Sales Producer (LSP) to join our growing Allstate agency. This is a fully remote opportunity designed for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment.

Our agency is built to support your success—with a steady flow of inbound opportunities, dedicated lead generation support, and the flexibility to work from home. Key Responsibilities

Proactively manage and convert live transfer and data-generated leads into new business
Build rapport quickly with prospective clients and identify coverage needs
Present and recommend appropriate insurance solutions tailored to each customer
Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM systems
Follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through policy binding
