We are a fast-growing solar energy company that works with homeowners across all of New York State, helping them switch to clean, renewable energy while lowering their electricity costs.

We are rapidly expanding our remote call center team and looking for driven, coachable individuals—especially those with experience in a people/client facing industry—who are ready for a fresh start in a high-growth sales environment.

This is an opportunity to join a team where our goal is to have all our Call Center Specialists earning six figures, and where long-term growth, internal promotion, and skill development are a priority. If you’re motivated, resilient, and eager to improve every day, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Do

Make 200+ outbound calls daily to prospective customers
Schedule 1–2 qualified appointments per day for the sales team
Work through aged leads generated from marketing campaigns, with a fast-track to transition to hot leads after consistent quality of work
Handle rejection professionally
Accurately track activity and performance metrics
Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve performance

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Minimum 200 calls per day
Target 1–2 appointments booked per day
Expected to consistently book at least 1 appointment daily after the first week
Comfortable operating in an environment with a high rejection rate

Compensation

$36,000/year base salary (40 hours/week)
Commission Structure working Aged Leads:
$100 per completed appointment (“sit”)
$200 per sale (paid at install)
$300 in total for a fully completed deal
Appointment commissions are paid weekly
Additional commissions paid upon install completion (typically 6–8 weeks)
Top performers have the opportunity to earn six figures annually

Schedule & Work Environment

Fully remote position
Monday - Friday
Typical calling hours fall between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (Flexible 8 hour per day schedule)
40-hour work week

Training & Onboarding

Hands-on training provided (1 week) with an experienced trainer
Ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback

What We’re Looking For

Background in customer-facing roles is highly preferred
Some sales experience is a plus, but not required
Highly motivated by income and growth opportunities
Strong work ethic and desire to improve daily
Coachable and open to feedback
Comfortable handling rejection and staying persistent
