Director of Performance Marketing

With more than 20,000 procedures performed, a strong physician-led reputation, and a portfolio of celebrity and professional athlete clients, RESTORE has built one of the most respected brands in the industry.

We are seeking a hands-on, data-driven Marketing Director to lead customer acquisition and digital growth across our national footprint. This role is ideal for a modern performance marketer who lives in Google Ads, understands how to scale lead generation, and can develop integrated strategies across paid search, paid social, organic social, and SEO.

The right candidate will bring deep expertise in performance marketing, a strong understanding of healthcare or high-consideration consumer services, and a proven track record of driving qualified leads and revenue through digital channels.

What You'll Do

Own and execute the digital marketing strategy across all customer acquisition channels
Lead and optimize large-scale Google Ads programs, including Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, remarketing, and local campaigns
Develop and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms
Drive organic social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
Oversee SEO strategy and agency/vendor relationships to improve rankings, traffic, and conversion performance
Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI and lower cost per lead
Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend across channels based on performance
Partner with leadership, sales, and operations teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and customer acquisition efficiency
Develop testing strategies for landing pages, ad creative, messaging, and audience targeting
Build dashboards and reporting that provide clear visibility into marketing performance and business impact
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, platform changes, and emerging technologies

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

7+ years of digital marketing experience, including leadership responsibility
Extensive, current expertise in Google Ads and paid search management
Extensive experience managing paid social campaigns with measurable lead generation results
Strong understanding of organic social media strategy and content performance
Proven experience growing lead volume while maintaining or improving cost efficiency
Experience managing six-figure to multi-million-dollar marketing budgets
Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and similar platforms
Experience leading agencies, vendors, freelancers, or internal marketing teams

Preferred Experience

Healthcare, aesthetics, medical services, elective procedures, wellness, or high-consideration consumer services
Local and multi-location marketing experience
CRM and marketing automation experience
Conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page testing expertise
