Full Job Description

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Head of FQHC Partnerships to lead our national strategy for engaging Federally Qualified Health Centers, Ryan White (RW) grantees, and STD clinics. This individual will own the full lifecycle of covered-entity relationships — from territory strategy and pipeline development through contract close and account expansion — and will serve as the organization's senior voice in the FQHC/340B market.

Responsibilities

Own and execute a national or regional growth strategy for FQHCs, RWs/STDs, and community health centers, driving new annual contract value and total contract value targets.
Build and lead consultative, end-to-end sales engagements with covered entities, identifying 340B program optimization opportunities, pharmacy performance gaps, and revenue growth levers.
Develop and manage strategic partnerships with Third Party Administrators (TPAs) around split-billing, referral claims capture, and contract pharmacy strategy.
Serve as executive-level relationship owner for key covered-entity accounts, managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles across clinical, financial, and executive buyers.
Build, mentor, and potentially manage a team of business development/sales professionals focused on the FQHC vertical.
Partner cross-functionally with implementation, operations, and compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term account health.
Maintain rigorous CRM discipline (Salesforce/HubSpot) to ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and data integrity.
Represent the company at industry conferences, associations, and covered-entity forums to build brand presence in the 340B ecosystem.
Deliver executive presentations and business reviews to internal leadership and covered-entity stakeholders.

Qualifications
✓10+ years of experience in 340B, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare sales, with a strong track record selling into FQHCs, health systems, or covered entities.

✓ Deep working knowledge of 340B program compliance, split-billing, contract pharmacy models, and TPA relationships.

✓ Demonstrated history of closing new business and growing existing accounts (e.g., year-over-year growth, new logo wins).

✓ Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in healthcare.

✓ Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and pipeline/forecasting discipline.

✓Bachelor's degree required; healthcare, business, or related field preferred.

✓Strong executive presence and presentation skills; comfortable representing the company externally.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
