We are looking for a hard-working individual with previous maintenance experience to help with the upkeep of one of our apartment complexes. A professional resume with extensive work history must be included to be considered.

This position comes with base compensation that is based on experience and will be between $20-$30/hour.

The responsibilities that are listed below are not all inclusive; however, they are indicative of the type of responsibilities normally performed by a member of the Maintenance Team:

JOB DUTIES

Responding to resident work orders
Cleaning and renovation of vacant apartments for new move-ins
Light plumbing
Painting and drywall repair
Light electrical work
Light carpentry and flooring repair
Able to fix standard apartment appliances: Fridge, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong communication and teamwork skills
Maintain positive attitude when under strict deadlines
Able to pass Background Check and Drug Test
HVAC Certified (preferred but not required)
Valid Driver's License with proof of insurance
Flexible Availability Needed
You will be required to be on call at all times
Must have own tools

COMPENSATION

Base hourly rate between $20-$30 per hour
Additional compensation opportunities to be identified following achievement of above milestones
Full Ancillary Benefits Package (vision, dental, life, etc.) (~$800/year +/-)
Above figure does not include age-based benefits such as Critical Illness or Long-Term Disability coverage
401K Plan with company match
Heath Insurance Assistance (~$3,000/year +/-)
Total Value of ~$50,000-$70,000/year +/-
