Are you a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and helping customers succeed?

Blue Diamond Industries is looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead sales growth within the South Central territory by expanding existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and serving as a trusted advisor to distributors, contractors, and end users. Must live in territory (Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana).

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will:

Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan.
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
Grow existing customer relationships through exceptional account management.
Build strong partnerships with distributors, contractors, end users, and key decision-makers.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently move opportunities through the sales process.
Conduct customer visits throughout your territory (approximately 12–14 business days each month).
Attend industry trade shows and customer events.
Track customer activity and sales opportunities through CRM tools and sales reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer service and business solutions.
Represent Blue Diamond Industries with professionalism, integrity, and product expertise.

What We Are Looking For

We're seeking someone who is energized by building relationships, solving customer challenges, and delivering measurable results.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Two or more years of experience in outside sales, territory management, or a Regional Sales Manager role.
Experience selling HDPE conduit or related construction, utility, telecommunications, or industrial products is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Valid driver's license with the ability to travel 60–70%.
