About the Role

At MyRegistry.com, you’re not selling low-intent impressions—you’re selling access to newlyweds and new parents at peak purchase intent, surrounded by 50–200 engaged gift buyers per registry.

We’re seeking a highly driven, revenue-focused sales professional who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and closing high-value deals. This is a hunter + closer role on a fast-moving, high-impact team with direct access to leadership and real earning potential.

Close & Generate $10K–$200K+ deals for a leading universal gifting registry platform.

Every registrant brings 50–200 built-in shoppers

Ability to sell multi-channel campaigns (email, native, display, mobile, programmatic)
Lean team, no bureaucracy, and direct exposure to leadership

What You’ll Own

Own a full-cycle sales pipeline from prospecting through close
Generate net-new revenue through outbound outreach and relationship-driven selling
Close $10K–$200K+ campaigns across key verticals including retail, CPG, home, financial services, and lifestyle
Leverage existing relationships with brand marketers, media planners, and agency buyers
Develop and present custom, data-driven proposals using audience insights and platform performance
Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to efficiently close high-value deals
Build long-term partnerships through renewals, upsells, and strategic account growth
Monitor campaign performance (CTR, CPM, CPC, ROAS) and convert insights into incremental revenue opportunities
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting using CRM tools
Partner with Ad Operations and Marketing to ensure successful campaign execution

Who Will Thrive in This Role

This role is ideal for someone who:

Has 2–5+ years of digital advertising / media sales experience
Has closed $50K–$200K+ deals
Brings existing relationships with agencies, brand marketers, or media buyers
Comes from media, publishing, ad tech, or retail media environments (e.g., Condé Nast, Hearst, Dotdash Meredith, retail media networks, etc.)
Has a strong understanding of digital advertising metrics (CTR, CPM, CPC, ROAS, pacing, delivery)
Is highly self-directed, competitive, and motivated by revenue and commission upside
Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Compensation

Base Salary: $70,000 – $75,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000 – $180,000+
