RubyPearlCo is a leading online retailer and wholesale supplier of premium dabbing accessories, including ruby and sapphire terp pearls, quartz bangers, glass accessories, and innovative products like the 710 Spatula. We serve thousands of customers and hundreds of retail partners worldwide and are looking for a creative, self-motivated individual to help grow our brand through engaging content and social media.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Social Media Manager & Content Creator to create engaging content, grow our social media presence, and support our e-commerce operations. This role combines content creation, photography, social media management, product merchandising, and general Shopify data entry.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, comfortable behind a camera, familiar with social media trends, and capable of turning everyday products into compelling content that drives sales.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

Manage and grow RubyPearlCo social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, X, and others).
Plan and maintain a content calendar.
Create and publish daily posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos.
Monitor comments, messages, and customer engagement.
Research industry trends and competitor content.
Collaborate on promotions, product launches, and marketing campaigns.

Content Creation

Film and edit product videos, reels, and promotional content.
Create lifestyle, educational, and entertaining content around dabbing culture and accessories.
Produce content for wholesale and retail audiences.
Write captions, hashtags, and marketing copy.
Assist with blog content and email marketing materials.

Product Photography

Photograph new products for Shopify listings.
Create white-background product photos.
Edit images for web and social media use.
Maintain consistent branding and visual standards.
Organize and manage digital photo assets.

Shopify & Data Entry

Create and update Shopify product listings.
Upload product photos and videos.
Enter product specifications, pricing, inventory details, and descriptions.
Organize collections and product categories.
Assist with inventory updates and website maintenance.

Marketing Support

Help develop influencer outreach campaigns.
Assist with wholesale marketing initiatives.
Support trade show preparation and promotional projects.
Track content performance and provide reporting.

QualificationsPreferred Skills

Experience managing Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
Basic photography and videography skills.
Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar editing software.
Familiarity with Shopify.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Understanding of e-commerce and social media analytics.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience in the smoke shop, cannabis accessory, or lifestyle industries.
Graphic design experience.
Product photography experience.
Email marketing experience.
SEO or blogging experience.

Compensation

Part-Time or Full-Time Available

Typical compensation range:

Entry Level: $16.5–18/hour
Experienced: $18–20+/hour
Potential performance bonuses tied to social media growth and sales performance.
