Compensation: $52,000–$68,000/year DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday + occasional evenings/weekends for content shoots & events

We create high-performing photo, video, and social media content for restaurants, bars, hotels, gyms, medical practices, events, and luxury brands. Our team is passionate about storytelling, creativity, and producing content that actually drives business growth.
We’re looking for a talented full-time videographer/editor who wants to grow with a fast-moving agency and create impactful content every day.
What You’ll Do
- Film on-location content across Reno and surrounding areas
- Capture both video and photography content for clients
- Edit high-quality short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
- Assist with creative direction, shot lists, and content planning
- Organize and manage media files within Dropbox systems
- Adapt editing styles to fit multiple brands and industries
- Capture live events, restaurants, nightlife, fitness, hospitality, and lifestyle content
- Work collaboratively with the social media and creative teams
- Help maintain and organize production equipment
Requirements
- Strong videography and editing experience
- Strong photography and editing experience
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Lighting and audio setup experience
- Understanding of social media content trends and platform optimization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
- Strong communication and professionalism with clients
- Reliable transportation for local shoots
- Ability to lift and transport camera equipment as needed
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
- Drone certification/experience
- Motion graphics or After Effects experience
- Experience managing social media content workflows
