About Sticker Pack

Sticker Pack designs and manufactures custom stickers and magnets for retailers, attractions, gift shops, and souvenir stores across the country. We are a fast-moving, team-oriented company focused on customer service, organization, operational consistency, and continuous improvement.

We are looking for a smart, reliable, friendly, detail-oriented Customer Support & Operations Coordinator to help support daily customer communication, sales support, internal workflows, and office operations.

This is a highly interactive role. You will help customers, sales representatives, and internal team members through phone, email, chat, and system-based support work. The right person will be comfortable handling day-to-day communication while also helping us improve the way work gets organized, documented, and completed over time.

This role is a strong fit for someone who is friendly, sharp, curious, organized, and comfortable learning new systems.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities include:

Answer inbound calls and direct them to the appropriate team members
Monitor and respond to customer service emails
Respond to website chat inquiries
Provide customers with order status updates using internal systems
Support outside sales representatives through rep support communications
Create and update product catalogs for customer accounts and sales reps
Assist with billing-related requests, including invoice copies, payment status questions, and account updates
Enter and update customer, order, and communication details in internal systems
Assist the Sales and Marketing team with administrative and clerical support tasks
Help maintain organized and accurate customer, order, and internal records
Escalate complex customer issues when appropriate while maintaining ownership of follow-through
Notice repeated customer or internal requests and help identify ways to improve the process
Help document common workflows, questions, and support procedures
Support additional office and customer operations workflows as the role develops

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, friendly, and comfortable being a communication hub for customers and internal teams.

This role requires someone who can communicate clearly, follow through consistently, and use good judgment. You do not need to know every system on day one, but you should be comfortable learning software, following processes, and improving how work gets done.

Success means:

Customers receive timely, courteous, and accurate responses
Account Managers receive dependable support
Customer records remain accurate and organized
Communication is clear, professional, and consistent
Administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
Common issues, repeated questions, and inefficient workflows are identified and improved over time

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Friendly and professional phone presence
High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
Strong problem-solving ability and intellectual curiosity
Comfortable multi-tasking between phone calls, email, chat, and computer systems
Reliable attendance and consistency during scheduled business hours
Ability to learn new software and workflows quickly
Team-oriented mindset with willingness to assist where needed
Strong follow-through and ability to take ownership of open items
Ability to use judgment rather than simply follow scripts
Comfort working with structured information, customer records, and internal systems
Interest in improving processes, documenting workflows, and making work more efficient

Helpful, But Not Required

Experience with any of the following is helpful, but not required:

QuickBooks
Microsoft Office Suite
CRM or database systems
Monday.com
Adobe Illustrator or basic design/file workflows
Customer service, sales support, office administration, or operations support

Training

We provide training on our internal systems and workflows.

Prior experience with every platform is not required. We are more interested in finding someone who is intelligent, organized, dependable, and comfortable learning new tools and processes.

Compensation

$19–$23/hr
