About Tri-State Carbonation Service

Applicant must reside within the territory.

Tri-State Carbonation Service is a trusted leader in bulk CO2 and mixed gas dispensing solutions. We eliminate the hassle of traditional gas tank changes for restaurants, bars, breweries, and greenhouses. Serving eight states across the Northeast, we help businesses maximize profits through automated, reliable delivery systems.

The Role: Are You a Born Hunter?

We are seeking a driven, self-starting Territory Sales Representative to hunt and capture new business in the Albany region. This is a high-autonomy, field-based role. You will spend your days on the move—prospecting, cold-calling, and closing deals to expand our footprint. If you thrive on the thrill of the chase and love uncapped earning potential, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Drive New Business: Prospect, cold-call, and pitch to restaurants, breweries, and greenhouses.
Expand Territory: Identify and secure accounts in the Albany area.
Demonstrate Value: Conduct hands-on product demonstrations showing clients how we save them time and money.
Manage the Pipeline: Track leads, log activity, and manage sales targets using our CRM software.
Support Onboarding: Offer expert product knowledge and support during the initial client setup.

What We Are Looking For

The Hunter Mindset: 3+ years of successful outside sales, prospecting, and cold-calling experience.
Closing Power: Proven track record of strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
Road Warrior Drive: A valid driver's license and a passion for daily travel within your assigned territory.
Independence: Strong time-management skills with the ability to hit targets without micromanagement.
Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Sales is a plus.
Industry edge: Prior knowledge of gas systems, beverage equipment, or CO2 solutions is a huge advantage.
