Job Responsibilities
Travel to and from various job sites
Measure, lay out, cut, and install tile and other materials
Determine the best layout and pattern for each installation
Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
Operate hand tools, power tools, and machine cutting equipment
Prepare surfaces for tile installation, including waterproofing
Install, grout, and seal tile and stone
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Work closely with other members of the installation and fabrication teams
Deliver high-quality craftsmanship with attention to detail
Requirements
At least 2 years of professional tile-setting experience
Experience with layout and a skill saw is a plus
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Comfortable working with measurements, fractions, and basic math
Motivated, dependable, and punctual
Positive and friendly attitude
Able to work independently while also being a strong team player
Professional, hardworking, and willing to learn
Commitment to quality, safety, and excellent workmanship
