This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations.

This role is partly supporting the Lunar Transportation business unit, which develops Blue Origin’s multiple Blue Moon lander product lines. To further Blue Origin's mission of having millions of people living and working in space, we are building sustainable infrastructure for our transport of crew and cargo from Earth to the lunar surface.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Internal/External customer service, including greeting and announcing clients, applicants, and visitors.
Follows security procedures and compliance for guests, suppliers, and other visitors.
Provides and follows badging protocols.
Assists with catering and setting up for meetings and events.
Inventories kitchen supplies and food.
Inventories and maintain office supplies.
Requests for building and housekeeping services as needed.
Main point of contact for building/office needs.
General admin support for the business operations teams and the Lunar team based in Renton, WA.
Provide support for specific Lunar Senior Management based in Renton.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events in Renton for the Lunar Management Team.
Provide support for orientation of new staff, new grad rotation, and interns.
Support business rhythm meeting preparation as assigned.
Support conference attendance and international travel requests as required.
Manage/ update communication distribution lists.
Coordinate social events (Space to Connect) at the Renton office.
Other admin support tasks as required.
US AI support to automate admin processes wherever possible.
Qualifications:
Experience in an administrative, reception, concierge, customer service or other hospitality environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to uphold the highest level of integrity, confidentiality, and business professionalism.
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to be flexible with work schedule (6:00am – 5:00pm).
Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Base Pay Range for:
WA applicants is $33.85 - $47.39

Required for certain Job Profiles: Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical
