Are you a warm-hearted licensed/certified Montessori teacher (We are looking for someone already certified from a Montessori accredited AMI/AMS/MACTE program, or in the process of being certiffied) which spark a lifelong love of learning in young children? Teton View Montessori, nestled in the welcoming community of Rexburg, Idaho, is searching for a passionate teacher to join our close-knit team for the 2026-2027 school year.

What you bring to the team:
- A real understanding of how young children develop and learn – the magic behind childhood!
- Experience in guiding young learners in an educational setting.
- A knack for creating fun and age-appropriate activities that captivate young minds.
- Excellent communication skills that help you connect with children and adults alike.
- You're naturally organized and pay attention to the little details that matter.
- You have a gift for creating a positive and harmonious classroom atmosphere.
- (A plus!) If you have experience with supporting children with special needs, that's wonderful.
- You know how to help children navigate their interactions in positive ways (Positive Discipline).
What we're looking for:
- You have 3 or more years of Montessori experience bringing out the best in young children.
- You hold a valid Montessori teaching certification or license – your credentials matter!
- You have (or are willing to get) your CPR and First Aid certification to ensure everyone's well-being.

Your Ideal Work-Life Rhythm:
This full-time teaching position offers part-time work hours totaling approximately 28-32 hours per week, running from the Tuesday after Labor Day until the Thursday before Memorial Day each year. Our classroom time is Monday - Wednesday (8:30 am - 3:00 pm) and Thursday (8:30 am - 11:30 am), with additional time for you to prepare your beautiful classroom and engaging lessons.
