Executive Assistant & HR CoordinatorJob Overview

Snake River Surgical is seeking an organized, dependable, and people-focused Executive Assistant & HR Coordinator to support our leadership team and assist with daily human resources functions.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping both leaders and employees, communicates professionally, and is interested in growing their experience in executive support, human resources, and office operations.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the executive and leadership teams
Manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, and follow-up tasks
Help coordinate company projects, events, training, and internal communication
Assist with recruiting, interviews, new-hire paperwork, onboarding, and orientation
Maintain organized and confidential employee records
Help track attendance, time-off requests, evaluations, and required documentation
Support employee communication, benefits, payroll preparation, and other HR processes
Prepare reports, documents, presentations, and meeting notes
Help organize company policies, procedures, and job descriptions
Monitor deadlines and assist with special projects and general office operations

Qualifications

Previous experience in executive support, office administration, human resources, or a related role preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Professional, approachable, and able to maintain confidentiality
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Comfortable learning new responsibilities, systems, and processes
Proficient with email, calendars, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets
Recruiting, onboarding, or HR experience is helpful but not required

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
