Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office. Duties

Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Perform data entry tasks with precision, maintaining accurate records for appointments, correspondence, and filing systems
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed to ensure seamless workflow
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, offering information about services or products, and assisting with basic troubleshooting

Qualifications

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tools
Strong phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems in a professional setting
Previous experience as a front desk or medical/dental receptionist is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and productivity software proficiency
