What You'll Be Doing
The Estate Planning & Deeds Department Manager creates an environment where people, processes, and performance improve together. You'll manage workflow, ensure the client journey, model clear and open communication, and solve problems collaboratively within the department and cross-functionally with other departments.

Key Duties:
This role requires more than managing workflow. You'll also:
- Collaborate with the Executive Team and other Department Managers to develop and implement operational plans
- Update and develop department policies and standard operating procedures
- Conduct department forecasts and cost-benefit anlayses' to direct department priorities
- Communicate with Attorneys and Legal Assistants to achieve turnaround timeframes
- Facilitate department meetings, 1:1 conversations, and performance reviews that help the Team work effectively while building their skills
- Interview, hire, and train new team members
- Learn how to draft Estate Plans to support department productivity
- Build trust through consistency and reinforce shared ownership across the department
- Partner with Team Leads so leadership is experienced consistently throughout the department
- Serve as Office Manager who orders supplies, sets up workstations, and plans office lunches and outings
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' successful experience leading and managing employees
- Strong computer skills including knowledge of Google Workspace and CRM systems
- Demonstrated experience leading through change
- Strong organizational, relationship building, and communication skills
- Experience balancing people development with operational execution

This is a long-term, in-office position with work hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday.
Starting Annual Pay: $60,000+ dependent upon experience.
Pay: $60,000.00 per year
