Precision Energy Systems, Inc. is an industrial boiler repair and maintenance company, and we’re growing our team! We’re searching for motivated individuals who bring a mix of welding skills and mechanical know-how to help us deliver exceptional service to our clients.
About the Role:
We’re seeking versatile team members who are skilled in welding and capable of performing a variety of tasks beyond the weld table. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who thrive on problem-solving, enjoy hands-on mechanical work, and take pride in being part of a high-performing team. The majority of our work is powerplant outages, working 12 hour shifts on either dayshift or night shift up to 7 days or more although most outages are shorter. This is a travel job and we provide hotel accommodations for the duration of the outage. Applicant is expected to have their own transportation or arranghe for their own transportation. We are required to wear half and full face respirators so applicants must be ok with being clean shaven while on the job site.

- Welding Proficiency: While expertise in code or pipe welding is a bonus, a solid foundation in welding is essential.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Candidates should be comfortable with basic mechanical tasks, including using tools and performing routine maintenance.
