Job Overview

Join our dynamic culinary team as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Dishwasher, where your energy and dedication will help create exceptional dining experiences. This versatile role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary skills, contribute to high-volume food production, and ensure the smooth operation of our busy kitchen. Whether you're preparing fresh ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, or supporting the kitchen's daily rhythm, you'll be an essential part of delivering top-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and assist with food assembly according to established recipes and menu standards
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, ovens, poachers, braising units, and food production machinery
Maintain strict food safety and sanitizing procedures to ensure a clean and safe working environment
Support high-volume food preparation for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or catering events while adhering to portion control and recipe guidelines
Assist with dishwashing duties to ensure all cookware, utensils, and kitchen tools are sanitized and ready for use
Follow proper food handling techniques to prevent cross-contamination and uphold food safety management standards
Contribute to menu planning efforts by providing feedback on ingredient quality and preparation methods

Qualifications

Previous experience in a food service environment such as restaurants, catering, or dietary departments is preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of culinary techniques including grilling, braising, poaching, and meal preparation
Strong knife skills and familiarity with operating various kitchen equipment safely
Experience with food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling regulations
Ability to work efficiently in high-volume production settings while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting kitchen operations
Prior dietary aide experience or dietary department experience is a plus but not required
