BILINGUAL TREATMENT COORDINATOR

(SPANISH/ENGLISH)

~ Starting Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 (based on experience) ~

Ocean State Behavioral is seeking a Spanish/English bilingual Treatment Coordinator to support children and families receiving Home-Based Services across Rhode Island. Requirements (Must Meet All):

To be considered for this position, you must have:

Fluency in both Spanish and English (required)

Bachelor’s degree in a field related to Human Services, Psychology, or Social Work.

One year of experience working with children with special healthcare or behavioral health needs is preferred

Ability to reliably travel to and from clients’ homes throughout Rhode Island using a personal vehicle with current insurance, registration, and inspection.

Ability to clear both BCI and DCYF CANTS clearances

What You’ll Do:

As a Bilingual Treatment Coordinator, your role will focus on coordination, communication, and continuity of care, including:

Serve as a primary contact between families, clinicians, and collateral providers

Oversee weekly productivity and work of home-based Direct Support Providers (DSPs) providing care to cases you manage

Coordinate with schools, Early Intervention, DCYF, FCCP, medical providers, and other involved agencies

Managing and maintaining required program documentation and treatment materials

Supporting the hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training of DSPs

Collecting and organizing data and documentation for clinical review and team collaboration
