About the Role
We are launching a new manufacturing facility in the United States as part of Alfaparf Group, an international leader in the beauty and personal care industry headquartered in Italy.
This role is designed for a high-potential, hands-on professional who wants to grow within a fast-evolving industrial environment. You will be involved in both purchasing and production planning, supporting the ramp-up of a new plant from early-stage operations to full-scale manufacturing.
This is not a structured corporate role. It is a start-up within an established group, where flexibility, ownership, and problem-solving matter more than hierarchy.
