Set the Standard: Act as the ultimate ambassador of our brand, cultivating a sophisticated, welcoming atmosphere and building genuine relationships with locals, regulars, and high-profile summer guests.
Flawless Execution: Maintain a eagle-eye view of the floor, ensuring steps of service, food quality, and ambiance are consistently world-class.
Ownership: Handle guest feedback with grace, intuition, and immediate accountability, turning first-time visitors into lifelong regulars.

2. People & Culture (The Heart)

Recruit & Retain: Build a pipeline of top-tier talent, scaling the team appropriately to handle the massive influx of the summer high season.
Elite Training: Implement and sustain rigorous training programs that elevate the staff’s food, wine, and service knowledge.
Inspirational Leadership: Foster a culture of mutual respect, high accountability, and professional growth where staff feel motivated to perform at their best.

3. Business Performance (The Science)

Financial Acumen: Take full ownership of the restaurant’s P&L, managing labor costs, food & beverage costs, and operational expenses to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
Strategic Planning: Drive revenue through creative programming, private events, and seasonal marketing strategies.
Operational Excellence: Oversee facilities maintenance, vendor relationships, and compliance with all local health, safety, and liquor regulations.

Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years of progressive management experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, high-profile, upscale or fine-dining establishment.
Seasonal Agility: Proven experience navigating the unique operational demands of a highly seasonal business (scaling teams, inventory management, and volume shifts).
Financial Savvy: Strong proficiency in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and prime cost control.
Leadership Style: A magnetic, executive presence with exceptional communication skills and a hands-on, collaborative management style.
