Full Job Description

About the Role

Cable Leader is a cable and connectivity distributor in Chino, CA. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to help run our daily fulfillment cycle, vendor pickups, shipping workflow, receiving QC, and inventory accuracy.

This role is a key part of our shipping operation and offers a strong growth path for someone who wants to develop into a broader operations leadership role.

What You'll Do

Coordinate the daily "Will Call" fulfillment cycle, including morning and afternoon cutoffs.
Create and process sales orders (SOs) in our ERP system and split large orders when needed.
Place replenishment orders with our vendor and complete scheduled vendor pickups using the company truck.
Perform receiving QC: verify items and quantities and catch shortages, mis-picks, and backorders.
Support the shipping process, including printing shipping labels in ShipStation, selecting carriers and service levels, and handling multi-package and split/combined orders.
Step in to help ship orders during busy periods or when coverage is needed, so daily shipments stay on schedule.
Tag out-of-stock and problem items in ShipStation and keep shipping records current.
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, inventory list updates, and daily corrections for problem orders.
Communicate with the sales team through Teams regarding shortages, backorders, and order exceptions.
Follow and help improve our warehouse and shipping SOPs.

What You Need

2+ years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, shipping, or logistics operations.
Reliable, punctual, and able to manage deadline-driven daily work with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and a proven record of inventory/data accuracy.
Hands-on experience with shipping workflows, including printing labels and preparing orders for carrier pickup.
Comfortable using computers, order/inventory systems, spreadsheets, email, and Teams.
Valid California driver's license and acceptable driving record; employment may be contingent on verification where permitted by law. Vendor pickups are part of the daily role.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/move throughout the day, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Bilingual Chinese/English required: must be able to read Chinese-language SOPs and communicate operational updates in Chinese with management; conversational English required for warehouse coordination.

Nice to Have

Experience with ShipStation, Sage 100, Magento, or similar ERP/WMS platforms.
Spanish language ability.
Background in distribution, e-commerce, or electronics/cable/connectivity products.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, approximately 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, including an unpaid meal period.
Overtime may be required during busy periods and will be paid according to California law.

Pay & Benefits

$22.00 – $26.00 per hour, based on relevant warehouse, shipping, ERP, and inventory experience.
Non-exempt position; overtime paid according to California law.
Health, dental, and vision insurance available after a 3-month probationary period.
Company truck provided for vendor pickups.
This role can grow into broader operations coordination or operations management responsibilities for strong performers.
