Role Overview

Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership across sales, service, installation, warehouse, fleet, call center, and dispatch operations. Drive operational excellence, financial performance, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & People Management

Lead, develop, and hold accountable cross-functional teams to achieve operational and financial goals.
Set clear individual goals, KPIs, and performance expectations for all roles with financial responsibility.
Communicate expectations clearly while recognizing achievements and building strong working relationships.
Foster a positive, high-engagement work environment that supports retention, accountability, and growth.
Demonstrate how each role contributes to company performance and long-term success.
Model company values daily, with a strong emphasis on ethics, integrity, and professionalism.

Performance & Operations

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance to ensure revenue, sold-hour, and productivity targets are met.
Ensure staffing levels align with demand, including seasonal and surge capacity planning.
Conduct regular operations and P&L reviews with leadership to improve efficiency and profitability.
Establish and track customer satisfaction metrics; coach teams based on results.
Develop and manage escalation processes for customer concerns, ensuring timely and favorable resolutions.

Training, Coaching & Growth

Build and maintain a structured, consistent, and measurable coaching and training platform.
Train and mentor staff on customer experience, referral generation, and repeat business strategies.
Lead daily huddles, team meetings, and one-on-ones that reinforce goals, performance, and brand loyalty.

Financial & Strategic Management

Create and manage the annual operating budget; control expenses and deliver results at or above plan.
Align operational strategy with company growth objectives and customer experience standards.
