Mr. Sugar Rush is looking for dependable, detail-oriented Ice Cream Batch Makers to help produce our premium frozen desserts enjoyed across the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Every recipe you prepare helps stock our freezers with premium frozen desserts that are delivered to stores, events, and customers throughout North Texas. Your mission is simple: keep the freezers full, the flavors flowing, and the smiles coming!
Your Daily Routine30 Minutes – Workstation Setup
Start your shift by setting up your workstation with all ingredients, utensils, and supplies needed for your 5 assigned flavors. Organize everything for an efficient production day and verify that your recipes, ingredients, and equipment are ready to go.
4 Hours – Batch Production
Prepare 30 recipe containers by producing 6 batches of each of your 5 assigned flavors. Follow our simple recipe cards with precision, accurately measure every ingredient, and place each completed batch into the refrigerator to chill for production.
30 Minutes – Clean & Reset
Clean and sanitize your workstation, return ingredients to their designated storage areas, place dirty utensils in the designated dish area, and leave your workstation clean, organized, and ready for the next production day.
What We Offer
· $20 per hour
· Paid on the 1st & 15th
· 5, 8, or 10-hour shifts available
· 5 days on 2 days off
· Flexible scheduling

What We're Looking For
· Previous baking, dessert, food prep, or commercial kitchen experience preferred
· Comfortable accurately measuring ingredients using ounces, teaspoons, tablespoons, measuring cups, and digital scales
· Able to precisely follow written recipes—every measurement matters
· Dependable, punctual, and takes pride in showing up prepared
· 5-star cleanliness and sanitation practices
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
· Pride in producing premium-quality frozen desserts
· Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
Food production experience is strongly preferred. We'll train the right person with the right attitude, work ethic, and attention to detail.
