Position Summary
Richardson General & Cosmetic Dentistry is seeking an energetic, organized, and results-driven Bilingual Dental Marketing Manager to lead our community marketing team and manage the practice’s social media presence.
This position combines social media content creation, field marketing leadership, team development, and performance reporting. The Marketing Manager will recruit, train, mentor, and supervise a distributed team of community marketers while creating and posting engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working both in the field and in the dental office. Field responsibilities include coaching marketers, monitoring performance, and ensuring professional representation of the practice. Office responsibilities include capturing photos and videos, developing social media content, managing the content calendar, and reporting key performance indicators to management.

Primary ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management and Content Creation
- Develop and maintain a consistent social media strategy for the dental practice.
- Create, edit, and post engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Capture high-quality photos and short-form videos in the dental office, including staff features, patient testimonials, educational content, and promotional materials.
- Develop content that highlights the practice’s services, team, office culture, patient experience, community involvement, and special promotions.
- Prepare captions, graphics, videos, reels, stories, and other platform-appropriate content.
- Maintain a social media and marketing calendar to ensure campaigns are planned and published on schedule.
- Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and audience engagement and coordinate timely responses when appropriate.
- Track social media performance, including content output, reach, impressions, engagement, audience growth, inquiries, and patient leads.
- Follow practice policies, patient-consent requirements, and applicable privacy standards when creating or publishing content.
Marketing Team Leadership
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and train community marketers.
- Develop structured onboarding and ongoing training programs for the marketing team.
- Train marketers on practice services, promotions, appointment-booking procedures, professionalism, approved messaging, and basic dental terminology.
- Manage team schedules and ensure appropriate marketing coverage.
- Conduct regular field visits to observe marketers, review presentation standards, and evaluate performance.
- Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and corrective guidance.
- Mentor team members and help them improve communication, patient engagement, appointment generation, and follow-up skills.
- Track attendance, punctuality, professionalism, productivity, and compliance with practice standards.
- Conduct individual performance reviews and team meetings.
- Recognize high-performing team members and promptly address performance deficiencies.
- Build and maintain a motivated, accountable, and results-oriented marketing team.
Performance Tracking and Management Reporting
- Establish and monitor measurable performance expectations for individual marketers and the overall marketing team.
- Prepare clear weekly and monthly management reports covering key marketing and social media results.
- Track and report key performance indicators, including:
- Appointments generated by each marketer
- Appointment-booking conversion rates
- Patient show rates
- Marketer productivity by day and location
- Attendance and schedule compliance
- Lead sources and campaign performance
- Cost per lead or booked appointment, when applicable
- Social media posting frequency
- Reach, impressions, engagement, and audience growth
- Social media inquiries and appointments attributed to digital content
- Analyze results to identify performance trends, training needs, and opportunities for improvement.
- Compare the effectiveness of different schedules, campaigns, team members, and community marketing areas.
- Recommend staffing, scheduling, training, content, and campaign adjustments based on performance data.
- Present findings and action plans to practice leadership in a clear and organized manner.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and performance dashboards using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
Marketing Strategy and Practice Growth
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives designed to increase qualified new-patient appointments.
- Coordinate field marketing, social media, community outreach, and office promotions into a unified marketing strategy.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with local businesses and community organizations.
- Plan, coordinate, and support community events and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activity and relevant local marketing trends.
- Collaborate with office management to promote priority services and support practice-growth objectives.
- Assist with flyers, promotional materials, presentations, and other marketing projects.
- Perform other marketing, administrative, and team-management duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience creating, editing, and posting social media content for a business or organization.
- Previous experience recruiting, training, supervising, mentoring, or leading employees.
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to hold team members accountable while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
- Ability to analyze performance data and prepare clear reports for management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using a smartphone to capture and edit professional-quality photos and videos.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to independently manage office and field responsibilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on patient acquisition, appointment generation, and measurable performance.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel throughout the DFW Metroplex.
- Availability for occasional evening or weekend events.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in marketing management, field marketing, community outreach, sales management, or a related position.
- Dental, healthcare, or medical-practice marketing experience.
- Familiarity with common dental services and terminology, including implants, orthodontics, hygiene, cosmetic dentistry, and restorative treatment.
- Experience managing a field-based, remote, or distributed team.
- Experience with Canva or similar graphic-design applications.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video platforms.
- Experience developing social media calendars and measuring digital campaign performance.
- Knowledge of online reputation management, local marketing, lead generation, and patient-acquisition strategies.
- Experience creating management dashboards or performance reports in Microsoft Excel.
