Financial Services Professional — No Experience Required

New York Life | North Dallas / Frisco, TX (Hybrid) | Full-Time

A note from the person you'd actually be working with:

I'm Craig Gallen, a Partner at New York Life in North Dallas. After 25+ years in financial services, I'm building a small team of advisors and personally coaching the people on it. This isn't a call-center hire or a corporate training program — it's a seat on a team I'm investing my own time in, working directly with someone who's done this for a quarter century.

If you're a recent grad, pivoting into a new field, or just done with a career that's gone stale, I want to hear from you. No finance degree required, no existing client base required. I'll teach you the rest.

What You'll Do

Build custom financial plans for clients — insurance, investments, retirement — with my direct support and coaching
Develop long-term relationships with families and small businesses in your community
Grow your own practice using company-provided marketing tools and lead resources
Work a schedule that fits your life: in-person, virtual, or hybrid

Compensation & Support

W2 position with straight production income — your earnings are tied directly to what you build, not a fixed draw
Licensing costs covered by the company, with bonuses for passing your exams
First-year advisors on my team average $127,000 in total compensation
A real path to Partner, which comes with salary plus override compensation once you're leading your own team
